DUE to rising number of inquiries, the Alumni Relations Office has just issued a statement regarding the schedule when an alumnus/alumnae can refund his/her request for memorabilia refund.
Prof. Bernadette Canlas, Head of Student Services and Alumni Relations Office, said that her office is only available to process claims every Mondays to Fridays, from 1PM to 8PM.
“Buong araw kasi klase ko kapag Saturday. Siguro kahit anong araw, huwag lang Sabado”, she said.
The claimants have to follow the set process to jump start the request stated on the official announcement of this transaction and are advised to follow the schedules to avoid inconveniences that may occur.
